1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Patchable ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service Description

Patchable provides automated macOS patch management software, including a device agent, web dashboard, and associated APIs. The Service enables organizations to inventory applications, track vulnerabilities, and deploy software updates across their Mac fleet.

3. User Obligations

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to manage the devices enrolled in Patchable.
  • You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

4. Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription includes a base plan covering up to 25 devices, with additional per-device charges for larger fleets. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patchable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
