How does early access work?
Patchable is currently in early access. Join the waitlist and we'll notify you when it's ready. Early access users get full access to all features at no cost during the early access period. Billing starts when we officially launch.
How does pricing work?
Patchable is $49/month, which covers up to 25 devices. Additional devices are billed at volume rates starting at $2.50/device/month, with lower per-device pricing as you scale. There are no add-ons — every feature is included.
What happens after 25 devices?
Additional devices are billed monthly at volume rates: $2.50/device up to 99, $2.25 for 100-249, $2.00 for 250-499, and $1.50 for 500-999. Your invoice adjusts automatically as you enroll or remove devices.
What counts as a device?
A device is any macOS computer running the Patchable agent that syncs with our servers. Inactive devices (not seen in 30 days) don't count toward your total.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and can arrange invoicing for large deployments.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees. You only pay the monthly subscription cost.
